On February 21, 2013, at approximately 12:35 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4500 block of Alhambra Dr., along with Davis Fire, on a medical aid call involving an area resident who reported she was the victim of an assault.
The victim reported that at 5:00 a.m. she was grabbed by two males as she walked out of her apartment. She was forced back into her apartment where she tried to fight them off, but couldn’t. Both males fled after sexually assaulting the victim inside her apartment. She described the male suspects as both being white, one with brown hair and the other with black hair. There are no further descriptions. The victim received treatment for non-serious physical injuries.
Investigators examined the scene for physical evidence and are conducting a thorough investigation to get greater details about the incident. Residents are reminded to stay aware of their surroundings and to immediately report any suspicious persons or activity.
